This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines the terms governing the delivery of products purchased through stores built on the Cubar platform.

1. Platform role

Cubar is a SaaS platform — not a retailer. We provide merchants with the tools to build and manage their own AR-Commerce online stores. Cubar itself does not sell, warehouse, or ship physical products. All product fulfillment, shipping, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the individual merchant operating each store on the Cubar platform.

2. Merchant shipping responsibilities

Each merchant on the Cubar platform is responsible for:

  • Setting their own shipping rates, methods, and delivery timeframes.
  • Packaging and dispatching orders to customers in a timely manner.
  • Providing customers with accurate shipping and tracking information where applicable.
  • Handling any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments.
  • Communicating their individual shipping policies clearly on their storefront.

3. Delivery timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the merchant, product type, shipping method selected, and the customer's delivery location. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by each merchant on their product pages or during checkout. Cubar does not guarantee delivery times, as these are determined and managed by the individual merchant.

4. Shipping regions

Shipping availability and regions are determined by each merchant. Some merchants may offer local delivery only, while others may ship nationally or internationally. Customers are encouraged to review the merchant's shipping information before placing an order.

5. Order tracking

Where available, merchants may provide tracking numbers and shipping updates directly to customers. The availability of tracking depends on the shipping method chosen by the merchant.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping fees are set by the individual merchant and may vary based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen shipping method. All applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes their purchase.

7. Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

In the event of a lost, damaged, or significantly delayed shipment, customers should contact the merchant directly through the contact information provided on the merchant's storefront. The merchant is responsible for resolving shipping-related issues, including filing claims with their shipping carrier if necessary. Cubar will assist where possible to facilitate communication between the customer and the merchant.

8. Returns & refunds

Return and refund policies are established by each individual merchant. Customers should refer to the merchant's storefront for specific return and refund terms. Cubar encourages all merchants to maintain fair and transparent return policies for their customers.

9. Digital services provided by Cubar

Cubar's own services — including SaaS subscriptions, AR model generation, and platform access — are digital products delivered electronically. These services are made available immediately upon successful payment and subscription activation. No physical shipping is involved for Cubar's own services.
